It's official. There are now... as of yesterday afternoon...eleventy billion cameras on the planet. There are cameras in space, under the ocean, mounted on light posts, dangling from drone aircraft, built into your computers, laptops and tablet devices. There are cameras on spy satellites, news helicopters, security cameras everywhere, baby-cams, and who really knows where the boys who make the "Jackass" movies are going to put a camera next.
If you own one of those eleventy billion cameras...the secret to your picture taking success is to have it out, lens cap off, and ready to go at a moments notice. Sometimes a split second is all you have to take a unique and attractive photo. Learn to be brave and lift the camera up to take an impromptu, unposed shot. Don't ask....just see...and shoot. If you have a camera that focuses quickly, or you shoot at a pre-determined distance...then you are able to move faster and capture that one brief look, glance or movement.
Practice. Take the shot. Repeat.....It's a beautiful world out there....take the picture.
